  2. It is generally agreed that cannabis must be activated by heat. Eating it raw will not deliver the full therapeutic effects and benefits. However many people do eat raw marijuana and report they benefit from doing so.

Using this recipe, you’ll be able to make cannabis lollipops which are just as tasty as those you buy online or in your local shop, without getting ripped off.


  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 to 1 Teaspoon of Butterscotch Flavoring
  • Liquid Food Coloring
  • 1 to 2 Teaspoons of Citric Acid
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cannabis Tincture


  1. Cover an upside down cookie sheet with parchment paper and oil.
  2. Set drops of candy mixture on the cookie sheet and add lollipop sticks.
  3. Put the sugar, corn syrup, cream of tartar and water in a medium heated pan.
  4. Stir with a wooden spoon until the syrop begins boiling.
  5. Make use of a thermometer and boil the syrop until it is at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Let it cool down to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and add flavoring, coloring, marijuana tincture and citric acid.
  7. Pour 2-inch circles of syrup onto the sheet while rolling a lollipop stick in it.
  8. Wait for 10 minutes until they’re hard, seal them and store them in a cool and dry place.
